Rebecca Grinsell, MSN, FNP-C

Rebecca Grinsell, MSN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with full practice authority in Virginia and over 20 years of healthcare experience, serving patients across the Greater Richmond area. Her clinical focus centers on cognitive screening, cognitive change, and advanced care planning, with additional specialization in movement disorders and complex neurological care across the adult and geriatric population. Her background includes outpatient neurology, in-home urgent care, and hospital-at-home models, supporting individuals with multiple comorbidities and guiding families through both acute concerns and long-term neurological needs.

Rebecca’s approach is grounded in holistic, patient-centered nursing that prioritizes function, dignity, and quality of life, while helping older adults maintain purpose, autonomy, and meaning in daily life as health needs evolve. She partners closely with care teams, families, and community resources to support aging in place and thoughtful, individualized care planning. Through Beeline Neuro’s in-place care model, she delivers focused neurological assessment, cognitive screening, and care coordination in the environments where patients are most comfortable and best supported.

Matt Grinsell, EdD, serves as Chief Operating Officer for Beeline Neuro, bringing a background in operations leadership, organizational strategy, and regulatory compliance across complex, regulated environments. His experience centers on building clear systems, supporting teams, and creating structure that allows organizations to function reliably and adapt as they grow.

At Beeline Neuro, Matt focuses on the operational foundation that supports patient care—overseeing practice operations, compliance, technology, and process design so clinicians can stay focused on what matters most. His approach is practical and collaborative, grounded in the belief that thoughtful operations, done well, should feel seamless and largely invisible to the people being served.
